What services do you offer?
We offer individual counseling, as well as couples therapy.
How long are the counseling sessions?
Each counseling session typically lasts for 50 minutes.
What is your approach to therapy?
We utilize a combination of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. CBT is a gold standard evidence based approach shown to be beneficial in the treatment of several mental health concerns (e.g. anxiety, depression, and substance use)
How can counseling help me?
Counselling fills a very important human need by providing the space for you to be seen, heard and understood. In this recognition awareness and clarity are fostered, pain is processed, and strengths are highlighted to move you closer to the type of life you want to lead.
What’s your availability for sessions?
Our sessions are Monday to Friday, 5:30- 8:30pm and 10AM to 5PM on weekends!
